Theo Joeann Phillips, 87, of Stronghurst, Illinois passed away on April 21, 2024 at Oak Lane Nursing & Rehab in Stronghurst. She attended school at Stronghurst High School. Theo Joeann Phillips worked for Hurry Back Grill and Bob's TV and Appliance. In order to honor her memory, donations can be made to the Henderson County Cancer Fund.
