Robert J. Harr, age 69, of Oquawka, Illinois; passed away at 8:58 am on Thursday November 14, 2025 at Oak Lane Nursing and Rehab in Stronghurst, Illinois. Robert was born on May 21, 1955 in Burlington, Iowa and is the son of Billy and Bonnie Maxine Yocum Harr. Robert was raised in Stronghurst, Illinois where he attended local schools and graduated from Southern High School with the class of 1973. On December 31, 1981 Robert married Kristen Ellen Carlson in Oquawka, Illinois and she is surviving him. Robert first was employed several years at Admiral Corporation in Galesburg, Illinois. He then began work for the Sante Fe Railroad where he was "trackman" for 39 years to his retirement. He loved riding and owning horses and he and Kristen often went camping in Missouri. They enjoyed camping in their motor home in various campgrounds in the area. He and she also loved to go boating many years on the Mississippi in their Jon boat.
