Norma Jeanne Palmer, 78, of Stronghurst, Illinois, passed away at 3:05 a.m. Thursday, March 20, 2025, at Oak Lane Nursing and Rehab in Stronghurst.A memorial service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 26, at Banks and Beals Funeral Home in Stronghurst with Steve Palmer officiating. Burial will follow in Aspen Grove Cemetery, Burlington.
